Weapon of the Week

THE "CORNER SHOT 40"

With all the firepower available to the U.S. military today, sometimes besting your enemy comes down to one basic question: Will you see him before he sees you? If you're Superman and have X-ray vision, maybe it isn't so much of a problem, but in many situations, we're still limited by what we can see with our own two eyes.

Corner Shot Holdings, LLC, an American Israeli company, has tackled the problem with a unique solution: the Corner Shot, a weapon system that provides the ability to observe and engage a target from behind a corner. In other words, it allows you to see and shoot around corners without exposing yourself to deadly return fire by the badguys. Designed and developed by Corner Shot's CEO, Amos Golan, Corner Shot attaches to most top-tier semi-auto and select-fire pistols, like the Glock 17/18/19, SIG Sauer P226/228, Browning Hi-Power, and Beretta M9/92F/M93R, which are currently being employed by military Special Operations Forces units, anti-terrorism/counterterrorism units, PMC operators, and law enforcement SWAT/SRT teams around the world.

The Corner Shot made its debut in late 2003, but recently it's been given a bit more oomph - to the tune of a 40mm grenade launcher. Meet the Corner Shot 40™ Personal Grenade Launcher (PGL), which gives military Spec-Operators and private military company (PMC) operators the ability to go 40 mike-mike on the bad guys from around the corner while conducting urban warfare and counterinsurgency operations -- quite a step up from your NATO Standard 9mm Parabellum (9x19mm) pistol and submachine gun ammo.

Armed Babe of the Week II

Armed Babe of the Week

My Blog...

Yeah, yeah, I know my last post was about posting more here, but after spending 10 hours a day working on the computer, I have little time for the other aspects of my life.

Yet, here on the sixth anniversary of September 11, 2001, I was looking at the statistics for this blog and discovered that the vast majority of my visitors are coming from the Middle East and coming in on military ISP's. Tracking where they go on this blog reveals that they are hitting the "Armed Babe's of the Week" by a majority and "Gun of the Week" not far behind.

I have Adopted a Sniper and sent Snakes to Troops and have filled a few (not as many as I intended to) shoe boxes with socks, fruit roll ups and other stuff.

So, if the boy's in the Sand Box enjoy what I have been posting, here comes a shit load more. I have placed a note on my monitor to remind myself to post everyday.
