Okay, I have a magazine and a website dealing with the repossession of defaulted collateral published for an industry who makes a living on making such recoveries. No recovery, no money, right? Well, the last thing that I would ever write and publish would be a "How to" segment telling a defaulted debtor how to either hide or surrender their collateral. That would not be very intelligent now would it? That would be taking the food right out of my fellow repossessor's mouth.
Not Randy Dinwiddie! His
Allbounty website, which is geared towards Bail Enforcement has this statement, telling those who have an outstanding warrant how to turn themselves in.
"You can run, But I will find you" Proper steps for surrender - Go to your local Sherriffs department with your ID and tell them that you have an outstanding warrant and you want to take care of it
- Give jailor a bail agent business card and tell the jailor that this is the bondsman responsible for the bond not honored. This way information gets to the bondsman to stop the pursuit and tracing procedures
- Many times people are simply affraid of losing the control of their life on arrest and jail. If you are reasonable with the people that have to make a decision about you, they are more suseptable to be lenient on you for your case. It will be one of the hardest things you will ever do, but it takes a person of character to meet his challenges head on and plead your case
- Running is not what this country stands for, either be military or independant person. Do the right thing and KARMA will take care of the rest
Outstanding! Tell the fugitives to just turn themselves in and screw the agent out of his fee for catching you. Brilliant!
As usual, Randy will read this and remove it from his site. All of you BEA's can thank me later for this service.
