Kim du Toit...
I have read Kim's blog on several occassions and have felt a connection to him due to his 2nd amendment views and the fact that his family home schools as we do. I was reading Big Don's blog and came across this link about how Kim and his family took a severe hit. I read the story and realized just how easy that could be my family. In reality, I am just a hair away with medical bills, $520 gas bills, etc. I think I can scrap a few bucks up for Kim though.

One more shot...
I have spoken with Randy Dinwiddie and have decided that it is better that we work together rather than against each other. Randy has some grand ideas and could use all the support he can get.
Once again, I will bury the hatchet and do my best to help Randy with a sucessful event.

Realizations...
As I was sitting in the hospital over New Years, I kept being drawn to a bag that was hung with the other bags of crap they were using in my IV. I was dosed pretty heavy with morphine, but it kept bugging me. The bag said "Cipro" on it and when I asked the nurse, she said it was an antibiotic.
Well, tonight, I figured it out. Cipro is the drug used to treat anthrax inhalation. There was a big rush to get Cipro in 2001. I did some googling on it and found out that your body can get immune to the effects of Cipro when used in large doses. I remember that I had a few units of it. Hope I don't get any suspicious, powdery letters anytime soon.

My Father, who lives in Washington state, has been giving my son Jake hell, because the Seahawks beat the Panthers. He was brazen enough to send a picture of himself. giving the "Loser sign", holding by holding his fingers in an "L" over his forehead. Well, Dad is Dad, but my boy is my son, so I helped him send this picture back in retaliation. Schmuck!
