Totally Confused?

I would just like to know what is going thru Dimwittie's mind when he makes posts like this on his website:

"30% of all moneys collected will go into the UARA meeting in 2008 scheduled for Central Colorado."

And just a paragraph below, I see this:

"Be absolutely sure to get registered for the 2008 United Association of Recovery Agents Convention located in exciting Las Vegas Nevada"

Is it in Colorado, or Vegas or has our errant character become confused? They say it's hard for a liar to keep all their stories together. Is this the case?
